Our site is operated in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not specifically attempt to collect any personal information from children under 13. In any event, children under the age of 13 should not provide any personally identifiable information on our site without the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will remove it from our systems.

We do not post the full names of minors on the public pages of our site. If you see any breach of this policy on our site, please contact us for remediation.

Security

We use procedures we deem appropriate to ensure the security of your personal information and to protect it from unauthorized access. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security all of the time, and our site does not encrypt data during transmission. While we strive to protect your data from unauthorized transmission, use or disclosure, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of the data that you provide to us.

In so doing, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, children's names and ages, or other such information relevant to the action you are requesting.

If your personal information changes and you wish to update it, or if you wish to have your information removed, you may contact us and we will update or remove your personal information as requested.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We may use the information that is not personally identifiable to analyze the usage, design and functioning of our site in order to make site improvements.
